We want a marketplace people actually want to walk through.
The kind where somebody stops because your booth caught their eye, stays because the conversation was good, buys something they didn't know they needed, follows your business before they leave, and remembers you WAY after the party is over.
That's what we're curating.
The Loc Party marketplace is intentionally built around community, discovery and CONNECTION.

You don't have to be a loc-specific business.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The Loc Party takes place:
Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs.
The event runs from 3 PM–9 PM.
Approved vendors will receive complete event-day information before the event, including:
Vendor check-in + setup instructions
Booth requirements
Event-day timeline
Parking/loading information
Vendor expectations
Promotional information + assets
Your direct point of contact for event day
Retail/Merchandise Vendor Fee: $150
Late Registration: $200
What's Included: 10 X 10 SPACE. ELECTRICITY CAN BE PROVIDED. IF YOU NEED A TABLE/TENT, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $100 FEE
Food Vendor Fee: $200
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee vendor placement. We curate the marketplace so that there is variety and a good fit between participating businesses and The Loc Party community.

Do I have to have locs to vend?
No. Your business does not have to be owned by someone with locs or exclusively serve people with locs. What matters is that your business and what you offer make sense for the community we're bringing together.
Does applying guarantee me a vendor space?
No. We review applications before confirming vendors. We want a marketplace with variety, strong businesses, and products or services that complement the event.
When will I know if I've been accepted?
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL INVITING YOU TO PAY FOR YOUR FEE.
Can two businesses share one vendor space?
NO
Do vendors need their own tent, table and chairs?
NO. IF YOU NEED A TENT/TABLE, THEY CAN BE RENTED FOR $100
Is electricity available?
YES
What happens after I'm accepted?
You'll receive your payment instructions and vendor information, followed by event-day details as we get closer to The Loc Party.
